HOW IT ALL STARTED

our history

MARTÍ PRODUCTIONS emerged in 2007 with the idea to produce a variety show consisting of popular music from Spain titled: “Fantasia Espanola”, in honor of Maestro Rene Touzet whose music has been interpreted by great pianist such as: Olga Diaz, Raul Ponzoa, and Maria Letona, just to mention a few. This musical piece in particular was inspired by Rosita Segovia, a diva of the Spanish dance genre.

Two of her students, Ada Linares (choreographer and singer) and Tania Guzman (dancer and actress) united with Tania Marti (singer and actress) with the collaboration of the grand pianist Olga Diaz who suggested naming the first production: “Fantasia Espanola”.

Thus, Marti Productions was born with our first Fantasia Espanola presented in Teatro Manuel Artime of Miami, Florida on November 11, 2007.

Thanks to our audience, collaborators, friends, sponsors and fans we were able to embark on our first musical voyage under the artistic direction of Manny Albelo and the choreography of Ada Linares achieving success and the ovation of our audience.

We will continue on our musical voyages in order to elegantly create: Good Music, Good Theater and Good Entertainment in South Florida.

Marti Productions is registered as a Florida non-for-profit organization under charter 501(c)(3).

CÓMO EMPEZÓ TODO

nuestra historia
